The Romelio Ruiz Community Education Center (CEC) is located at 25634 Alessandro Blvd., Moreno Valley, California. This location is often referred to as the "Main District Office" or "District Office."

The Technology, Innovation and Assessment department is located near the upper parking lot to the right.
